An Emergency Room New Graduate RN

I finally got a job after 5 months of searching in an amazing ER in a big city. It's crazy and always busy and exactly what I wanted in a job. I've decided to start blogging about the patient I see and experiences I have to really remember what started my career. There will be no identifying information as to keep HIPPA in mind :) I won't even tell you where I am working to keep it all legal. Enjoy!

Here’s what I believe with all my heart: I am worth more than a dime-sized cluster of cells. I have more of a right to my body than anyone else. I deserve to choose when I become a parent, or to never become a parent. And furthermore, as an American, I am entitled to legislation free of religious convictions. If your only argument is “God said no,” that’s not going to cut it for me.
